This is the most complete version of this audience-filmed recording. All releases I have seen to date do not include the first 15 seconds of this video, and hence are missing "Black Dog," likely because whoever originated this transfer captioned it as being from Zurich during the beginning of the video. It obviously is not from Zurich, especially once Simon Kirke appears on drums for the encore.
Because of the caption I, too, have been hesitant to distribute this video in full as somewhere down the line I am sure someone will not be told the whole story and eventually it will be listed somewhere as being from Zurich (again). Be sure the truth is known wherever this ends up.
