Bobfather: Got the permission to film. Talked to Billy before the soundcheck and he was such a nice guy. When they did soundcheck, I thought that this band would break up the same year. Lot of arguing, fighting, big egos, but when they entered the stage, they blew everyone away. First german show ever
Recorded with a tripod. Very steady & close Picture is excellent.The sound is really good too (first twenty seconds the sound is super low `cause I didn`t switch my external microphone on). The external mic (with an extra-built-in-resistor to avoid distorsion) was better than the built-in-mics in that time. You have a good view to the stage all the time. A very good private shot. It`s not the best club to film shows (no balcony). The stage is very low. I always filmed from a chair next to the mixing desk about 8 meters from the stage.
