This version has an excellent picture quality, which is not surprising considering where it was sourced from (viz. very close indeed to the master). The sound quality is stunning, superior to Empress Valley's Return Of The Dragon, and the picture quality is near perfect. The total running time adds up to 3 hours and 21 minutes. Whilst the picture quality is excellent, the colours are a little faded. The original master, must over the passage of time, have faded, similar to being slightly bleached by the sun. This must be why Jimmy Page did not use it for the official DVD. This release makes the previous two redundant, and with the advent of DVD recorders more people will fortunately be able to see and hear this show in excellent quality. I notted however, as did several correspondents, that there is a small discrepancy in the sync between the sound and the video, on the first disc. (Jules McTrainspotter March 03)
